Week 1-Down 7 lbs!!

Last weeks weight: 184
This weeks weight: 177
Beginning body fat: 24%

Nutrition adherence: Very well! I am not even missing the bad stuff!  I did sneak a bite of my husband's carb a couple of times at dinner.
Workout adherence: weight lifting MWF and cardio the other days. Thurs there was no workout and Sunday wasn't as long as it should've been.

Day 1

Weight lifting day. I hate weights. Did most of the exercises as max suggest weights.  Not too bad. By the time I finished that exercise, my muscles couldn't lift the weight again; but by the time I left they gym, I didn't feel exhausted like they said I should be. Friday I will try to do ALL.

Tomorrow is cardio. I love running.  I can't wait! (No pun intended!)

Starting Measurements:
Weight: 184 lbs
Hip Measurement (measure around the largest area): 45 in
Waist Measurement (measure around the largest area): 41 in
Body Fat Percentage: 24%


I can't believe I let myself get this bad. I wish I could blame pregnancy, the kids, and Joe, but I really can't. But now I am doing something about it!  This should take 16 weeks.
Plan:
1100-1300 Calories a day
5 small meals
3 days of weight lifting
4 days of cardio

Joining Hitch Fit

So my friend just finished her 16 week training program with Hitch Fit and looks amazing!  She has inspired me to try it.  I ordered it today, have to send in a questionnaire and by the time I get back from my cruise I will have a customized nutrition and work out plan.  Even though I check in with Micah and Dana every week, I started this blog so you can keep me accountable and so I have a place to document my transformation and thoughts.  I will post before pictures soon. In 16 weeks I should be one hot momma!
