Plan


Starting Measurements:
Weight: 184 lbs
Hip Measurement (measure around the largest area): 45 in
Waist Measurement (measure around the largest area): 41 in
Body Fat Percentage: 24%


I can't believe I let myself get this bad. I wish I could blame pregnancy, the kids, and Joe, but I really can't. But now I am doing something about it!  This should take 16 weeks.
Plan:
1100-1300 Calories a day
5 small meals
3 days of weight lifting
4 days of cardio
