Week 1-Down 7 lbs!!

Last weeks weight: 184
This weeks weight: 177
Beginning body fat: 24%

Nutrition adherence: Very well! I am not even missing the bad stuff!  I did sneak a bite of my husband's carb a couple of times at dinner.
Workout adherence: weight lifting MWF and cardio the other days. Thurs there was no workout and Sunday wasn't as long as it should've been.
