Day 1

Weight lifting day. I hate weights. Did most of the exercises as max suggest weights.  Not too bad. By the time I finished that exercise, my muscles couldn't lift the weight again; but by the time I left they gym, I didn't feel exhausted like they said I should be. Friday I will try to do ALL.

Tomorrow is cardio. I love running.  I can't wait! (No pun intended!)
