Workout Adherence: better than last week but still not what i was at
I am back! 3 lbs lost in 1 week again! I am so excited! I know I can do better but even with my set backs I am proud of how I am doing and have HitchFit to thank for it! I am also doing a program for the cardio part of my program called C25K (couch to 5K.) I hit 2 miles per run this week!
I am also down 3 inches in my waist and 1.5 inches in my hips.
