Down 3 more lbs!


Last weeks weight: 171
This weeks weight: 168
Beginning body fat: 27.5%

Nutrition adherence: Very well

Workout Adherence:  Worked out everyday following the program. Couldn't do as much cardio on weight training days but did get anywhere from 15-30 minutes in after weight lifting.

So excited and happy to have lost 16 lbs in 5 weeks!
