Week 4-Down 2 lbs


Last weeks weight: 173
This weeks weight: 171
Beginning body fat: 27.5%

Nutrition adherence: Good.  Did cheat a little for Valentine's day.

Workout adherence: weight lifting Mon & Wed & Friday and cardio the other days. Worked out everyday.

I think my calculations at the beginning were off.  I can't imagine I gained 3% body fat.  I am sorry it was so off.  I did those measurements on vacation and apparently weren't as accurate as I thought.
