Week 3 - 1lb lost

Last weeks weight: 174
This weeks weight: 173
Beginning body fat: 24%

Nutrition adherence: This weekend was my birthday. I tried to be good, but it was difficult. I gained this week but lost it again now that I am back on track.

Workout adherence: weight lifting Mon & Wed and cardio the other days. Thurs I didn't work out.
