Beginning body fat: 24%
Nutrition adherence: Not so good the last couple of days and it show! Started a new job and am trying to figure out how to incorporate the eating schdeule. I didn't necessarily eat bad (except for 1 day) but skipped meals.
Workout adherence: weight lifting Mon & Wed and cardio the other days. Thurs and Sat there was no workout.
